This course is designed to instruct the student in the management of a critical incident. Topics to be covered include how to determine and obtain available resources, how to direct the actions of other involved units, and using resources to mitigate critical incidents.

Attention Parole & Probation Employees:
DPP personnel who are required to receive 18 hours of in-service and have not yet done so for the calendar year are able to attend this seminar at no-cost. This applies to FSIs, Senior Agents and Agents. Training records will be checked prior to confirmation. Please be sure to indicate your rank upon enrollment. All other DPP personnel will owe the $25 fee.
