General Description
This course is designed to enable public safety practitioners to develop strategies and skills for wellness. Topics covered include goal setting, fundamentals of physical fitness, cardiovascular health, nutrition basics, weight management, and stress.

Students are encouraged to wear clothing that allows for movement-based activity while still adhering to the business casual dress code of campus.
