DPSCS Majors and Captains Summit – PLUS (2-day)

This 2-day Leadership Summit is for DPSCS DOC personnel in the rank of Captain or Major and is designed as a follow-up to the two-day Leadership Summit. A variety of presenters will review topics such as Human Resources, Critical Incidents in Corrections, Strategies for Dealing with Positive and Negative Performance, and many more.

Participants will have the opportunity to review case studies related to human resources and legal issues. Discussion will also center around union concerns and investigations. An administrator’s panel will also be made available for an interactive session with the participants to answer questions and share experiences of supervision in a correctional setting.
